The Sales Advisor is a customer‐focused retail role responsible for delivering excellent service across both in‑store sales and Click & Collect/Shop & Collect operations at Auckland Airport. The role involves assisting customers, processing transactions, preparing customer orders, maintaining stock and store presentation, and supporting overall store operations. Flexibility is required to work across both retail sales and collections functions based on operational needs.
