Job Description Objective: Support the sales managers in all aspects of account maintenance, ensuring maximum effectiveness of internal administrative processes and communication to guarantee optimum service to the client.
Responsibilities - Work Monday to Friday, ideally in line with Dubai timings, with flexibility depending on workload and availability.
- Manage quote requests and proposals from the Quote tool and manual processes for all locations and both SME and corporate teams (direct and broker channel).
- Handle mailbox management and complete allocated QR by end of day.
- Collaborate within the support and broader sales team.
- Respond to underwriters, brokers, and clients’ queries within TAT.
- Support important sales projects.
