Job Description

• Support the Sales team in preparing quotations, bidding documents, and other related materials.

• Monitor order progress from order receipt to delivery, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve any issues.

• Update and maintain customer and order data in the system.

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

• Track contracts and payment documents, and coordinate with the Accounting team during acceptance and payment processes.

• Perform administrative tasks related to the Sales Department.

• Carry out other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Good English communication skills for daily work.

• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with around 1 year of experience in Sales Admin/Sales Support are preferred.
