Responsibilities - Collate vehicle registration documents such as VPC, Insurance, TCOE, and ACRA from customers or finance companies to prepare for vehicle registration
- Issue invoices and delivery orders, and compile them into delivery pouches for Sales Consultant distribution
- Prepare Vitas documentation for vehicle inspection and submit to LTA
- Prepare and submit documentation for new vehicle registrations accurately and timely
- Prepare and process sales documentation including sales contracts, quotations, and invoices to support sales transactions
- Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of sales-related documents
