As a Desk-Based Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of B2B customers using our Telecomms products which include Hosted telephony, SIP, Fixed Voice Services, Dedicated Broadband and Managed Services . You’ll focus on nurturing long-term relationships, improving retention, and identifying growth opportunities within your accounts through exceptional service and trusted consultation.
