What You Will Own
Revenue & Pipeline
Carry and exceed an annual revenue target for the Salesforce Services practice in India.
Hunt - identify, qualify, and convert new logos across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
Build a disciplined pipeline using a structured sales methodology.
Run the full sales cycle yourself: prospecting, discovery, solutioning with pre-sales, proposal,
negotiation, and close. (You will have solutions and pre-sales support to back you up)
Keep forecast hygiene tight; present pipeline status to leadership with clarity and honesty.
