We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to drive growth in the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities
- Prospect new customers through cold-calling.
- Work with the Sales and Marketing team to analyze new opportunities.
- Promote and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospect potential new ones.
- Direct and close sales of qualified leads and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Understand customer needs so that the platform becomes a key tool in their business.
- Be a reference figure for customers in the sales and post‑sales process.
- Feed and update the database in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and the rest of the sales team to meet weekly and monthly KPIs.
Skills and Experience
- 2‑3 years of experience in closing sales processes, preferably in B2B and/or SaaS companies.
