The Chef will be responsible for executing daily food trials, supporting product development, and providing valuable market insights. This role requires a proactive culinary professional who can combine hands-on kitchen expertise with awareness of industry trends and consumer preferences.

Responsibilities

• Culinary Trials & Development: Conduct daily cooking trials in line with product development briefs.
• Market Insights & Trends: Monitor and share market trends, competitor activity, and new product launches.
• Provide insights on consumer preferences, pricing, and innovation opportunities.
• Recommend recipe or product improvements based on market learnings.
• Work closely with marketing, brand, and R&D teams for alignment on projects.
