We are a friendly two-site training practice based in Thorpe Hesley and Bellows Road, Rawmarsh, caring for 5800 patients and commutable from Sheffield, Barnsley and Doncaster.
Our team includes 2 ANPs, 1 LTC nurse specialist, 2 nurse practitioners and practice nurses, 2 HCAs/phlebotomists, care navigators, an administration team, and an approachable leadership team. Additional ARRS roles include pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, first contact physiotherapists, mental health team, social prescribers and dementia nurse specialists.
We use System One clinical software, have a CQC Good rating, and are active members of our PCN, high QoF achievers, low visits, and host many attached staff.
This salaried GP will work 4 to 6 sessions per week and will be part of a multidisciplinary team in a patient-facing role, clinically assessing and diagnosing patients.
