General practice is hard. The workload is real. The system is under pressure. But we also believe that the right practice, the right team and the right way of working can still make general practice rewarding, sustainable and professionally satisfying.

At Ide Lane Surgery, we are looking for a 4-session salaried GP to work all day Wednesday and all day Friday.

We are an independent, partner-led practice in Alphington, Exeter, caring for approximately 9,000 patients. We value continuity, personalised care and proper relationships with patients. Our GPs have personal lists, our patients know who their usual doctor is, and we think that still matters.
