**Job Description:**
**SUMMARY OF POSITION:** **This position manages all Workers’ Compensation claim activities and provides technical guidance throughout the claims process. The role also supports key safety functions to maintain compliance and promote a safe workplace.**
**Essential Functions:**
+ Under direction, plans, organizes, and administers the company’s Workers’ Compensation Program, including reviewing and processing claims
+ Serve as a technical resource to employees concerning Workers Compensation; respond to inquiries and provide technical information concerning related laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures; respond to calls from employees, third party administrator, physicians, medical facilities and others
+ Interfaces with physicians, attorney, employees, management staff to ensure quality care and appropriate return to work.
