Plan, develop and deliver safety training programmes to client employees, supervisors and management across multiple industries and site types.
Conduct courses including Fire Safety, Emergency Response, general safety awareness, Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, Permit to Work (PTW), Electrical safety, scaffolding, etc.
Develop customized training materials and e-learning content tailored to client operations and site-specific hazards.
Maintain accurate training records, issue certificates of completion and manage training matrices for client organizations and proper coordination.
Conduct third-party inspections as per ENAS EIAC regulations in specific scopes.
Assist in HSE audits and compliance assessments.
Identify business development opportunities across the client base and report to senior management.
