Safety Officer Responsibilities
  • Assist inplanning and implementing safety, health systems and policies
  • Plan,organize, implement WSH requirements for all premises as per legal requirementsand organizational needs
  • Developand manage company safety program and policies
  • Conductsafety inspection, internal audit, safety briefing, training and organizesafety events
  • Reviewexisting safety policies and ensure compliance to the Workplace Safety andHealth Act (WSHA) and Regulations
  • Updateand manage relevant records required under the WSHA and generate managementreports
  • Participateininternal and externalWSH safety committees
Requirements
  • Candidatemust possess at least a Diploma certificate in WSH OFFICER or equivalent
  • Required skills(s):good written and verbal communication skills,
  • Prefer at least 2 years of working experiencein the related field.
