Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of HSE strategy across renewable projects (solar, BESS, wind)
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards (ISO 45001 / 14001)
• Oversee HSE performance during project development and construction phases
• Manage and audit EPC contractors and subcontractors on safety matters
• Conduct risk assessments (HAZID, JSA) and define mitigation actions
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective/preventive actions
