Job Description
Manage and mentor safety personnel, assess training needs, and support career development
Oversee safety planning, inspections, and incident investigations across diverse projects
Evaluate safety data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
Lead toolbox talks, orientations, and large-scale safety communications
Ensure subcontractor and vendor compliance with safety standards
Develop and refine safety policies, procedures, and inspection systems
Support preconstruction safety planning and participate in project pursuits and client reviews
