Coach senior leaders in their safety behaviours and programs to drive safe operations
Drive and support processes for identifying, assessing, managing and recording hazards and risks
Assist in the investigation of incidents to drive a rigorous approach to root cause identification and close out of corrective actions, and ensure the incident management database is maintained
Initiate and administer safety improvement, education and achievement/monitoring programs for workplaces within the regions
Support and maintain company certification to Australian and International standards in accordance with the external HSEQ audit program.
