            Roles and Responsibilities  a. Responsibility  Attend Monthly WSH Committee Meetings 
Conduct Weekly inspection with sub-contractors' Supervisors 
Ensure all machinery and equipment at site are in good working conditions and having all the necessary certificates 
Ensure all workers at site are wearing appropriate PPE at all times 
Conduct weekly safety talk/briefing. 
Ensure proper housekeeping by the sub-contractors on a daily basic 
Conduct daily toolbox meeting with the sub-contractors 
Conduct safety induction programme for new workers. 
Conduct daily safety inspection on site 
 b. Authority  Stop any activity/operation if unsafe practice is detected. 
Prevent unauthorized personal entering construction site 
Impose penalties on non-compliance by sub-contractors and workers.
