Key Responsibilities
1. Site Safety Management Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safe work procedures. Ensure all workers comply with site safety rules and regulations. Coordinate and monitor corrective actions for safety violations and hazards. 2. Risk Assessment and Safe Work Procedures Assist in the preparation, review, and implementation of Risk Assessments (RA). Ensure Safe Work Procedures (SWP) are communicated and followed by workers. Participate in hazard identification and risk control measures. 3. Safety Training and Induction Conduct safety orientation and induction for new employees, workers, and subcontractors. Organize toolbox meetings and safety briefings. Maintain records of safety training and certifications. 4.
