Key Responsibilities of a Safety Coordinator cum Solar Panel Supervisor on Construction Sites
  • Safety Management & Compliance
    • Develop and implement site-specific safety policies in line with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and BCA guidelines.
    • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, ISO standards, and company safety protocols.
    • Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain safe work practices.
  • Risk Assessment & Hazard Control
    • Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential hazards.
    • Recommend and implement corrective and preventive measures to mitigate risks.
    • Monitor high-risk activities such as working at heights, confined spaces, and electrical installations.
