The position is responsible to support the implementation and maintenance of the safety management systems, ensuring compliance with UAE railway regulations. The position also supports the development of the operational safety case for the UAE rail network. This role requires a meticulous professional with a strong understanding of railway safety regulations, risk assessments, and assurance processes, as well as expertise in updating hazard logs and maintaining risk registers.

• Assist in the development and implementation of rail safety management systems in accordance with local and international railway standards.
• Ensuring compliance with the operational safety case is maintained, including management of operational limitations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with railway safety regulations and the operations safety case.
