Responsibilities

• Excellent attention to all customers, ensuring proper advice on collections.
• Fulfil individual and store objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Collect customer CRM details for the portfolio and follow up with them.
• Maintain store standards and guidelines regarding behavior, stock and product.
• Stay updated on our collections, fashion trends and be a fan of our brand.

Profile

• At least 2 years of experience in fashion sales.
• Good presence and communication skills.
• Passionate about fashion.
• Strong service orientation.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.
• Residence in Las Rozas, Madrid.
