Sales Associate, 40‑hour fixed contract at the Armani Outlet, Las Rozas, Madrid, for the Summer Season.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure clients enjoy a full shopping experience.
• Offer accurate product advice and maintain knowledge of collections, fashion trends, and brand values.
• Build strong relationships with customers, collecting CRM details and following up.
• Support attainment of individual and store sales objectives.
• Maintain store standards and guidelines regarding behavior, stock, and product presentation.
• Stay updated on collections, fashion trends, and brand updates.
