What You Will Own - Design compliant tokenized asset structures for MWS clients across real estate, healthcare, AI deep tech, and defense
- Work with issuers and their legal counsel to translate existing asset structures into MLS-compatible tokenization frameworks
- Define legal and structural requirements for each MWS asset class with the Head of Legal
- Produce term sheets and structuring proposals for prospective MWS issuers
