Job Summary

RV Resort Managers are responsible for the operational & continued profitability of the resort & serve as the day to day point of contact for guests and residents. They are responsible for administrative activities, marketing, leasing & home sales of new and pre-owned homes, property maintenance, budgeting & most importantly resident & guest relations

Job Duties

Ensures guests & residents receive the highest levels of service consistent with Sun’s Customer Service philosophy (Essential)

Handles resident & guest complaints in a timely & professional manner, communicating through a variety of means (Essential)
