I’m hiring an RHT (Rural Health Transformation) Program Lead to spearhead North Carolina’s health information exchange work in the CMS Rural Health Transformation initiative. You’ll lead:
- A statewide roadmap to expand rural provider connectivity and elevate clinical data quality.
- Onboarding of hundreds of providers to NC HealthConnex, with tools like NC*Notify and data-driven insights that move care teams faster.
- Vendor partnerships, funding milestones, and continuous improvement that translate policy into measurable results.
