Responsibilities:
Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to detailed formulas and production specifications using scales and computerized systems.Operate rubber mixing equipment and monitor temperature, batch timing, and recipe accuracy to ensure consistent product quality.Run milling equipment, including monitoring, cutting, and completing milling cycles in accordance with established procedures.Sheet, stack, and handle rubber compounds both manually and with automated equipment.Maintain accurate production records, including material usage, batch data, and inventory transactions in SAP or other systems.Transport materials and finished products using carts, racks, rollers, or hand trucks, and prepare rubber for shipping or storage.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all quality and safety standards and pe...
