Job Description
Work closely with Operations Managers, Global Process Managers, and Performance Improvement teams to regularly review end-to-end processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive actions to enhance efficiency, performance, and operational KPIs.
Engage with GBS leadership and key internal stakeholders, including Global Headquarters, Local Management, and Lines of Business, to contribute to business strategy and planning initiatives.
Collaborate with Country Finance teams and other end-to-end GBS and HQ processes to identify, manage, and mitigate potential operational and accounting risks.
