RQ00197 - Sr. Business Analyst

6+ month contract (131 buiness days) - possible extension

3 days onsite (which will eventually change to 5) -277 Front Street West, 4th floor

Must Haves:

1. 7+ years of stakeholder management and reporting I&IT wide performance KPIs
2. 7+ years Identify drivers to costs in IT operations and their corresponding savings levers. Align with stakeholders on delivering savings and track & report this on an ongoing basis
3. 7+ years of hands‑on experience with developing and implementing use cases in industry standard enterprise portfolio management tools (e.g. Asana, JIRA etc.)
4. 7+ years of excellent MS office toolset knowledge and application (Excel, Powerpoint and MS-word)
5. 7+ years Support resource utilization tracking and management

Nice to Have:

1. CPA or Finance
2. Public Sector experience
