RPA Development & Support

• Assist in the development, configuration, and maintenance of RPA bots using an approved RPA platform.
• Translate documented business processes and Process Design Documents (PDDs) into working automation solutions.
• Build attended and unattended bots in accordance with development standards and best practices.
• Configure error handling, logging, and exception management within bots.

Testing & Deployment

• Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure bots meet functional and technical requirements.
• Fix defects identified during testing and post‑deployment support.
• Assist with bot deployment to QA and Production environments following established change and release procedures.
