Job Summary

The Shred-it Route Driver is responsible for providing industry-leading levels of service to clients while meeting all customer document destruction needs. Duties include transporting supplies, safely load and unload the delivery vehicle, and ensuring all cargo is securely secured before transport. Compensation is approximately $22.80 per hour, with the rate influenced by experience, education, training, and location. The role operates on a 4‑day week schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform onsite or offsite document destruction of confidential information.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip checks; check in with the assigned truck prior to departing or closing for the day; report maintenance issues to Transportation/Dispatcher.
