Role Overview

The role will be responsible primarily for primary distribution risk management, live route tracking, and execution management. Additionally, the role will support secondary distribution business units.

Duties & Responsibilities

Part of this role's responsibilities will include tracking routes, alert management, exception management, escalation, expediting, trending & analysis, communication with drivers and depots, and improving the productivity of operational teams.

1. Daily, Live Execution Management of all routes for assigned Business Unit (BU)
2. Route Execution & Tracking:
   • Live visibility and tracking of all routes within the BU on Cella Track
   • Tracking and investigation of all “Late” routes
   • Tracking Route Compliance, Planned vs Actual KM, and Planned vs Actual TAT
