You’ll join a small team in Rotterdam that’s entering an exciting growth phase (plans to scale to 25), so there’s real headroom for rapid progression as an experienced Recruiter in this team.

The role
This is a full 360° billing position focused on the IT contract market within the Netherlands. You’ll build and own your desk and team, develop new client relationships, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences - end to end.
There is also existing clients to work with from day one.
