About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Rostering Officer to support Brightwater’s Disability Services, including our Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) sites. In this fast-paced role, you will coordinate staff rosters to ensure safe, consistent, and person-centred care for clients with complex needs.

This position is part of the Centralised Rostering Service, located at Brightwater Central in Inglewood and will provide rostering support to Residential Aged Care sites.  Some shift work will be required, with a combination of shifts including 0700-1500, 0800-1600, 0900-1700, and 1100-1900.  This position will have regular set fortnight working days (including Saturday shifts each week) with various shift times.  There is occasional public holiday work required, w...
