As our Roster / Scheduler , you will play a key role in coordinating clinician rosters across our clinic network. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and adjusting schedules to ensure appropriate clinic coverage, while acting as a central point of contact for rostering changes, leave requests and shift-related queries.
This role requires someone who is calm under pressure, solutions-focused, highly organised, and confident communicating with clinicians and internal stakeholders in a professional and supportive manner.
