Lead the Room Service operation with passion and precision, ensuring every guest experience is delivered seamlessly, on-time, and to the highest standard.
Implement and evolve service standards, conducting regular reviews and ensuring consistent execution across all shifts and team members.
Drive in-room dining revenue by creating and applying strategic upselling techniques, special offers, and seasonal activations that align with Destino Five Ibiza’s culinary identity.
Oversee inventory management for minibar supplies and operational stock levels, ensuring items are available, accounted for and presented flawlessly.
