Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
  • Make beds, change bed linens, and replace towels and toiletries.
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all designated areas.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, mirrors, and amenities.
  • Replenish guest supplies, minibar items (if applicable), and room amenities.
  • Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
  • Ensure lost and found items are handled according to company procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, linen rooms, and other assigned areas.
  • Handle guest requests courteously and in a timely manner.
  • Follow hotel health, safety, hygiene, and security policies at all times.
  • Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
  • Complete assigned rooms within the required time while maintaining quality standards....
