Role Criteria

• General roofing repairs across occupied and void properties
• Replacement of roof tiles, felt roofing and wooden battens
• Chimney repairs and replacements
• Installation and repair of flat roofs, including felt and asphalt systems
• Lead work including flashings, soakers and valley gutters
