Job Description   Conduct quality-of-care investigations for the Division of Developmental Disabilities.   
Participate in investigations of member-centric and systemic quality-of-care concerns.   
Implement vendor-specific corrective action plans and ensure thorough documentation.   
Make appropriate referrals to oversight and regulatory agencies.   
Maintain comprehensive case records to support allegation review.   
Elevate cases and/or trend concerns to the Quality of Care supervisor.  
 Critical Information   Shift hours: 08:00 to 17:00   
Local candidates only; in-person interviews required within 1 week of posting close.   
Must be able to start within 2 weeks of the offer.
