About The Role
The Clinical Nurse II will complete a paid training program designed to develop baseline knowledge of the Standard of Nephrology Nursing Practice. Upon completion of the program, the Clinical Nurse II will competently display an expected level of performance that integrates knowledge, skills, abilities, and judgment to care for the CKD patient. The Clinical Nurse II is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care through outcome identification and evidence-based practice. The Clinical Nurse II is part of the health care team and assists to coordinate patient care, communicates, and collaborates with the other members of the health care team.
