Description:

The unit has 12 beds with standard ICU patient ratios of 1 RN to 2 patients, unless there is higher or lower acuity. Staffing includes a dayshift secretary and primary RN staffing. The unit is equipped with standard critical care equipment, including Impella and Hemosphere advanced monitoring platform. The documentation system used is Meditech.
