Summary

: Join our team to provide individualized nursing care for adults and geriatric patients under the direction of the Nursing Director/Manager.Responsibilities:

Deliver patient care with respect, excellence, and concern.

Manage overall care of assigned patients.

Respond to physician orders and perform clinical assessments.

Document patient progress and provide thorough shift reports.

Work collaboratively with PCTs and Respiratory Therapists.

Supervise LPNs and PCTs.

Ensure patient confidentiality and safety.

Participate in quality improvement and educational activities.
