We are seeking a RN Executive Director Specialist – Hospice to join our leadership team. This role acts as the administrator on call and is responsible for the overall operation of assigned markets in **Florida** , including the employment of qualified hospice staff and the delivery of high-quality services across multiple sites. The Executive Director Specialist RN will provide leadership and stability by filling in across markets in **Florida** , ensuring consistent compliance, quality, and patient care standards.



**What You’ll Do as Executive Director Specialist – RN:**



+ Serve as the Administrator on record at assigned hospice agencies in **Florida**

+ Oversee the day-to-day operations including staffing, compliance, patient services, and performance improvement
