The RN Director is responsible for overseeing nursing operations across Medical, Rehabilitation, and Surgical units, ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

This leadership role requires strong clinical expertise, multi-department management experience, and the ability to drive patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.



Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of inpatient nursing supervision experience

• Minimum 2+ years of Director-level experience across multiple departments

• Active Oklahoma RN License (Required prior to start)
