**Clinical Program Coordinator RN - Stroke Program at Providence St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, CA. This is a full-time day shift position.**



The Stroke Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting high-quality, evidence-based care for patients with neurological conditions, with a primary focus on stroke care. The role provides clinical oversight, performance improvement leadership, staff education, and patient follow-up to ensure regulatory compliance, optimize outcomes, and advance stroke care initiatives across the continuum of care.
