Description
We’re hiring a compassionate RN to join our established Intensive Outpatient Program (Senior Life Solutions), serving older adults in the Kanab, UT community since 2023.
Location: Kanab, Utah (Note: This is an established program that first opened up November 2023) 
Setting: Intensive Outpatient Program 
Hourly + Full Time + Benefit Eligible
Population: Older adults, ages 65+
Schedule: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 32 hours weekly - this position MUST work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays with the option to be off on Tuesday OR Friday) (Note: NO CALL / NO WEEKENDS!)
You’ll work alongside a collaborative care team providing compassionate mental health support to older adults !
