Description:

Experience leading a team of excellent clinicians and working with great intensivists.

Leadership skills required: ability to successfully trouble shoot problems, overall critical care competence, reliability, team work, effective communication skills, and positivity. 

This is a charge nurse position which would require at least 2 years of ICU experience.
