RN Case Manager - Position Highlights

• • Location: Orlando- Hybrid - Remote (CKD)
    This is a hybrid/remote, field based role requiring a dedicated home office and the ability to travel to meet business and patients needs, including nephrology partner meetings. Though this position is primarily remote, it may require the RN Case Manager to be in the field 1-2 days/week in an assigned territory. Coverage includes Orlando and surrounding areas. Territory assignments may change cased on business needs.
  • Schedule : Monday - Friday
    Flexibility is required to accommodate patient needs and nephrology partner availability.
