Role Overview
As a Residential Housing Project Manager, you will effectively manage the selected contractor to ensure safe delivery of the project, in a timely manner, ensuring profitable and high-quality projects, liaising with the contractor, suppliers, stakeholders and customers every step of the way.
What you'll do
Some of your main duties will include:
Oversee the management of the contractor on projects from conception to completion, ensuring progress, safety, quality and profitability are on target throughout. Identify and Manage risk and opportunity effectively throughout the project. Contribute to progress reports for the Development Director, ensuring all information is clear and accurate.
