Key Responsibilities

• Plans, execute, and manages residential, light commercial & VRF projects
• Coordinate with operation team, credit & finance team to ensure timely delivery in meeting forecast plan
• Provide system comparison, analyze and fill in products & technical information
• Provide alternative solutions to suit customer's need/requirement
• Be proactive in entire sales cycle, from identifying pipeline, specs in, offering to customers to delivery execution and T&C
• Adapt quickly to unexpected site changes or obstacles encountered during project execution
• Collaborate with management team to develop strategic plans for business growth
• Develop project delivery forecast & mid‑term sales & order plans
