Role Overview

Position: Full‑time Employee.

Location: Malaysia. Work arrangement: Hybrid.

The purpose of this role is to support the Risk & Compliance team in achieving departmental goals set by the Company and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This includes assisting in compliance quality control by conducting reviews and addressing potential risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSAs) and ad‑hoc risk reviews.
• Undertake the day‑to‑day identification, measurement, mitigation and reporting of risks in accordance with the Risk Management Framework requirements.
• Report issues and manage the entry and update process into the system.
• Undertake root‑cause analysis and remediation activity of any material risks, issues or incidents while keeping ERM informed.
